I have felt, lived and breathed a lot of these thoughts in my working life. I was good at my jobs but my work-life sucked and on the inside, I was on a rollercoaster of emotions. My feelings each day depended upon everyone else's opinion or mood. I was also in a continuous battle of self-belief when it came to my work tasks.
I discovered so much when I did a PhD on women's mental wellbeing at work - the research changed how I saw the world and having a baby in the middle of it changed how I experienced it.
Once I trained as a life coach and started working in the field, everything I had learned and struggled with in my personal and professional life started to become actionable.
Now, as a life coach, I've used my research to bring together the most useful, high quality insights and tools to help working women love their work-lives.
